On my standard, If I fly from the same spot every day. I just get the recording, ready to fly. If I move to a different area, then I get home point has been set notification,

When you get into the milti tack mode, try flying in the home lock. It's like flying a new bird.

On my P3S, when I pull the switch down to atti mode, the small icon under the return home comes on. when I click on this the milti task mode comes on, then when you click on the mode you want then a small apply icon comes on the bottom of the screen. then tap on this (apply) and your all set

If you were in the lower, F mode, trying to land,was your home point set?

P mode is upper, not lower

So you have better control with P=Gps then if you were to use Home lock or course lock? I have a problem when I loose sight of the AC figuring out which way it's pointed to bring it back, without using RTH. Thanks, Jerry PS, great vidio

I might be wrong, which is always, but should that be mounted forward? turn 180 deg.

The orientation of the drone can be facing any direction, and if you turn the left stick to the right, the drone will fly right, stick left the drone flies left, forward stick and it fly's away from you. Pull the stick back and it fly's toward you. You don't have to be looking at the small box...

Just program in home lock. Bird could be faceing sideways, and if you pull back on right stick, it will fly back to you going sideways
