Yes. It's just a feature of the newer runs of controllers (with or without wheels). Just use it like normal and when you want to lock it press the stick all the way down.

Hey there my first post ;) I just got my Phantom and am looking for a good tracker too. Wouldn't the magnetic base of the tracker you posted, mess with the compass of the Phantom?
