I had this happen with a toy quad and I was able to shoot it down with a slingshot and rocks after many attempts. Don't think I would try that with a Phantom. Brother got his P3P stuck in a tree and got a tree service guy to climb and retrieve it.
Hello from Raymond! Newbie to DJI... picked up a P3P about a month ago but only a couple of flights so far due to the season. Lots to learn about this bird! Not new to quads but the P3P is way more sophisticated than my other multirotors.
Yeah, I just tried them and they do fit over the oem lens cover OK. I wish I'd tried that before I went and bought a set of threaded filters ;-) So, anyway, guess these can be used with the Advance and Pro.
They are push-ons which is why they are not usable on the P3P. I thought the P3S used push-ons but, since I don't own one, just an assumption on my part. Thanks.
SOLD... THANKS! So, I ordered the wrong filters (I have a P3P) and have no use for these. Brand new in box, polarizer, ND4, and ND8. $25 shipped in US. Thanks! NOTE: Polar Pro Item # P8001. These are the push-on filters for the P3 Standard. They are not for the P3A or P3P.
Checked the batteries after 24 hours. One went fro 49% to 48% and the other from 100% to 98%. So, not a drastic change. Will continue to monitor. I have auto discharge set to begin after 2 days. Thanks for all your thoughts on this!
Yes, turned the aircraft off then put the batteries in the carrying case with everything else. Very strange. I am charging both batteries now to above 50% and will store them again and check them tomorrow to see if they are discharging.
