I started with Android, then switched to Apple. I emailed Litchi. They instructed me to purchase the Apple version, email them the receipt, and they refunded me the purchase price of the Android version. Not sure if you can download a purchased version on multiple devices (of the same platform).

I use the iPad Air2. $259 from Verizon. Love it. Only issue was overheating when standing in direct sunlight (Florida) for long periods of time. (like on battery 5 or 6)

It doesn't matter if "no money or beers were exchanged". If it is not for your personal enjoyment, then it is classified as "non-hobby" and requires a license. Please don't get hung up on compensation, because the Feds won't. If you are giving the photo to the school, that requires a license.

No one else has said it, so.... "Surveillance" would indicate non-hobby. Beyond visual line of sight is not allowed by the FAA (US), unless you have a VLOS waiver. But you did not mention what country you wish to fly in, or which terrorist camp you wish to fly from. :-)

This is happening, on occasion, to many of us. I printed up a sheet that explains who I am, my credentials including my FAA license, and excerpts from FEDERAL laws that interfering with a pilot in flight is a Felony. It ends with my company contact information, and my lawyer's office...

Great video, and even better editing skills. I did question whether the airspace was permissible to fly in (I used to DJ a bar at 735 Bourbon, so I'm familiar), and AirMap shows it as A381 Special Use Airspace.

The problem with this is that, the Realtor needs an UNBRANDED tour to upload to MLS. I created a generic YouTube page (CFLVT - Central FL Virtual Tours) and the local MLS has not had any issue with it. As a backup, I have a business Dropbox account to allow direct delivery of large files.

My only recommendation is shorter clips. I had the same issue using long clips until my partner cut my first video down for me.

If you use Final Cut or Adobe Premier to edit your videos, you can create a second audio track, duplicate the song, find a common point in the music, and match the beat. Not too difficult, with practice. I turn 2 minute audio into 5 minute masterpieces. Just don't get too repetitive in the song.
