dji pilot works just fine for me. no reason to switch to the GO version. I have heard of people loosing contact with the bird with the Go which didn't happen with the pilot.

What concerns me the most is they will release the new FW with all that stuff in it and everyone will download it and then go to fly their birds and ......wham, Bam, no thank you ma'am ..... they start crashing, fly aways, and become paperweights again. I am still on FW 1.19 and android DJI...

So I am still running DJI Pilot App 1.1.0 on a Samsung Tab 4 and the firmware on the bird/rc/batts is 1.1.9 I have not had any problems except for the rare pilot app crash. Which only occurs usually near the end of multiple flights. So the question is this.....Should I leave well enough alone...

What I would think would be really practicable would be wraps for the bottom of the aircraft. They should be dark which would make it a lot more visible to the operator.....leave the top alone as any dark images will absorb heat more than the light. dumb idea of making the entire aircraft...

I am using a samsung tab 4 8" on android pilot app. I have had zero (0) problems with it so far. I am pleased with its size and all. the only problem I have is the app seems to only want to run on the internal memory of the tablet (16 gb ) where as I have a 32gb micro sd card installed in it...

Arson, you state that you got your answer. Was it the tin foil hat or something else? As CFIIMEI myself, I had a possible job to fly the hangers at a local contract tower apt. I haven't given an answer on it yet for the very same reason.

And people criticized me for not updating mine. I just have to live with the constant red flag notices on the top center bar that I need to update. Not going to happen !
