I have both the p3p and Mavic an rarely fly the P3P anymore. The Mavic is just an easier/quicker set up and can travel with it a lot easier.

Sounds like you are correct about getting DJI refresh but because it was not bought from an authorized retailer the "standard" dji warranty would not apply if there was an issue. Still a good deal IMO but I need to sell my extra p3p first before I get a p4p. Already have the mavic so the p3p...

I have a Mavic and P3P to help with the search, again this wasn't me that lost it, just trying to help since I live close by. The weather will make it difficult, but hopefully clears up by this weekend. It's been over 7 days already. Will keep the thread updated, appreciate everyones help.

They said the app froze at the 58% mark, but was still able to control it for a few minutes after the 58% log cuts off. Based on how windy it was, it could be anywhere especially at that height...
