Those spyders like to catch fire, be careful! Then again, as an owner, I'm sure you must know that already.
(other readers - google spyder recall or spyder fires)
Or did I just stumble on a back story there to your nicname? Red Hot Poker in a Flame....
Yeah, that's why I added the "if stationary". I was weighing the value of having it slop around during transport to if you were going to leave it on a table you didn't need the gimbal kinda' thing....
But silly or not, that elephantom thing is a pretty freakin clever idea!
Excellent!! But wait a minute...
How do you have over 70 flights and show only 22 cycles?
...that's like 3 flights per cycle or recharge...
If a battery lasts ~20 minutes, and you get 3 per charge?
Do you only fly for 7 minutes at a time?
Just curious.
Nice! Thanks delirious!
Have you...
I used to have eagle eyes when I was younger....now? At 50? Not so much! That's why I had to buy this iPad Air 2 just for my Phantom...:D couldn't see my iPhone o_O too small. ...and yeah, California gets pretty sunny, but I cant make out the screen with my polarized sunglasses on though...
So I've seen the expected life cycles of the older P2 batteries to be around 50 - 300 cycles. And I do realize that battery care and maintenance will determine how many cycles one gets from his battery. But I was just wondering how many cycles should be expected with these newer 15 volt...
go into SETTINGS -> DISPLAY AND BRIGHTNESS and slide that all the way up.
I don't even have a hood on my iPad Air 2 and I can see it fine with slider all the way.
Other than that, make sure your sunglasses are NOT polarized.
right, I was saying, that alone should let you know it does more than just heading. Like a magnetometer...
You can determine heading with just one. You know....like a compass. ;):D
Just being silly...:confused:o_O:rolleyes::oops:
EDIT: But hey! while I got your attention Ian....do you expect...
I think just the fact that you have to calibrate the thing on more than one axis tells you it does more than just heading... but I couldn't pretend to tell you what that was.
*shrug*
Here, an over-simplified explanation of what he meant at 47 seconds and compass so out of whack the GPS doesn't function properly.
I think it's just semantics.
The GPS works fine with a messed up compass...
...its just the "results" of GPS don't function properly.
i.e. the GPS can not tell...
Yeah, that conversation was "as of release" back in April.
I think this is msinger volunteering to get-er-done :)
...kinda' like for volunteers where everyone else steps back! :rolleyes:o_O:D:p;)
