You misinterpreted my comment. By their very nature, drones are invasive. My point is, a bit of discretion should be used when flying and not buzzing around everyone.

This is what worries me. I have seen several posts about drones crashing when taking off with less than a full battery. Doesn't seen right to me. I understand about voltage drops etc. but in this case the battery was over 60% charged

I own a P3P and fly it almost daily. With that being said, yes they are annoying. The last thing I want to see while hiking, is some clown flying his drone all over the place. I always fly away from people when possible and do what I can to avoid crowded areas

I have taken my stock P3P out over a mile without losing a single bar on the screen. As others have said, it's just the environment where it is being flown

Thanks for the reply. I have copied the file again but continue to get the same error. Maybe I will try a different version of DashWare. I am currently using v1.7.37

I have updated/ copied the appropriate folders over but I keep getting an error when I I have updated and copied over the appropriate files, see the gauges in the program but am getting the following error while trying to add the data file. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be...

I wonder if that radio tower near you had something to do with the issue?
