Thinking about doing the CAA course in the UK so I can fly commercially. If I offer an aerial photo service to customers am I actually going to be able to generally do this within the CAA rules in urban areas?

Double annoying: eglobalcentral have shipped from China, so will take a while to arrive. This wasn't made clear on their website and doesn't match what the OP said in post #1.

£13 shipping - wasn't expecting that! Doesn't look quite such a good bargain now. £88.64 total. Handtec ones are out of stock and would be £82.50 including delivery. Tried online chat with them and they don't know when stock is coming back. Oh well, for the sake of £6, going to go for it.

Answered my own question. It's next to a green light. Not where some places on the internet said it was! Photo attached in case anyone else struggles with this.

Just had my P3A back from DJI for shell repair and it won't link to the controller. I had a look for a linking button on the Phantom but it's not there. Any ideas? Hopefully I'm doing something stupid and DJI haven't done something stupid.

Approx 22 hours after getting the UPS shipping number from DJI, email from UPS arrives and the shipping number shows up on the UPS website. Scheduled delivery is 2 days time. Parcel is not yet with UPS. Hopefully this thread will be useful to anyone in the UK thinking of sending their drone...

Just received an email with a UPS shipping number. Repair status now shows "Product Delivered". UPS tracking number doesn't show up on the UPS website yet.

A few hours later, now showing 'Shipping Preparation'.

Now moved on from 'conducting flight tests' to sub-status "Conducting Quality Assurance".
