The 399 is the newer phantom 4 battery and the 342 is the older one that some people have had issues with the battery cracking by the LEDs on the front. I think the newer one has brighter LEDs too

How can I tell what phantom 4 batteries I have. I want to tell if I have the 342 or the 399. The only number I can find on them is the serial number

I had the same problem with mine. It was choppy on one laptop and smooth on my other one. I don't think the choppy one has a good enough video card to play 4K video
