Nope, there's no RAW reader released yet. The next software update for the camera should product an Adobe DNG file instead of a proprietary RAW, so lots of tools will read that. In the mean time, the existing raw files are worthless to everybody except possibly some DJI developers.

The Phantom_6xxxx network is the one you want, that's what I use. Don't know why/when the number changed, but lots of us have 6 instead of 1.

Just speculation, you may have messed up the calibration of the throttle stick when you did the upgrade. So even though you are moving the stick all the way up or down, the Phantom thinks you are moving it only part way, and thus it won't take off or shut down. Go back to the assistant software...
