FYI Lightroom has a simple control-H to combine any images as an HDR, alignment and tone merging too. Also has a settable strength for 'ghosting'. basically looks for differences in a small mask and chooses one image for that tiny area so you don't have a car 3 times in the shot, or blurry trees...

Did they make any changes? My new P3 arrived (replacement for a crashed one) and I noticed the new motors. Neat. But the camera seems different. It almost seems as if A. it has an ND on it, and B. the bitrate is better? I could be completely out of my mind, but does anyone know of any changes...

I have had the DJI hardshell for P3 for a few months now, and when I warranty'd my P3, the replacement came with another backpack. This one is labeled V2. Anyone know what that's all about?

Just a slight bit of info. When I just did my two new batteries, having the controller on had no affect.

Appreciate all the technical info. More thoughts. It does use it's barometer, it just choose to make the datum the takeoff point. So, it has no frame of reference to when the ground below it changes, other than the sonar/camera on the bottom, which is only useful to how many feet?

Do we know if the map view gives that info?

I think he means it's 'relative' to your takeoff point. Not necessarily 'above'.

Thanks guys. I kind of thought so, but it would be a great option to toggle, or at least see a different view. GPS supplies this info because I use apps when offroading in areas with no cell signal that give that data so it is possible.

Has anyone ever seen this? It didn't show up in my actual videos, just join the live view while flying. I was outside of the airport 'zone', but nearby. It moved around a little as I flew, but was in the general area the whole time.
