You asked about UK repair shops ... I realise you don't need one now but I have used and can recommend theDroneworx; Google them if you need 'em. new and second hand drones, too.

App is freshly reinstalled but will do it again. Cam view OK. Relink? do you mean relink the controller to the drone? I remember last flight last year ended landing on wet sand … cleaned it at the time and it worked OK then … maybe something to do with it.

I have the same problem. Tried calibrating the gimble but only got left and right movements, no up or down. Gimble light green. Camera limp when powered up. Couldn't find RC stick calibration but will try again later. Found it, tried it, no change :(

Thanks. I'll try that if it happens again. I shut down the tablet, and the drone, and moved to a different site but still got the same result. :(

Seems obvious: if the seller makes contact, they will do the repair. If they don't, Amazon will give you a refund - use it to buy a new shell and fix it yourself. On that deal, you make a profit!
