I have a hunch that you are referring to what are called cached copies on your phone. They are low resolution copies. If this is what you are looking for, there's a setting to turn the feature on or off in the Go app.

How are you transferring them? They shouldn't be in an export folder, as they are not being exported. Does your phone have a folder (not necessarily in the photo viewing app) named downloads?

Any chance that you installed the pitch motor shaft into the camera 180° off? I did, and the gimbal would never stop trying to find it's home. If my memory serves, the flat on the shaft should face the rear of the drone.

There were a number of threads in the past couple of years, but they were mostly discussing the use of weights to counter balance the camera when using a filter that weighed too much. The heavier filters were causing the pitch motor to overload, and cut out. The result of that was a camera that...
