I have tried this option, but it doesn't seem to do anything, the gimbal points down but no adjustments are made. There doesn't seem to be any information as to what this 'feature' actually does. :(

After some time spent using the drone, I've actually found that this issue hasn't really affected my footage in any way, I think it's more aesthetically annoying than anything. Seems there are quite a number of people who have encountered this issue though, so certainly not an unusual 'feature'...

Thanks for the suggestion. I have already tried the factory reset feature in DJI Assistant 2 but it doesn't make any difference, I have even tried downgrading and upgrading the firmware, with the same result. :( Looks like there's not really much else I can try as it looks to be a physical...

No probs! :) Looks like I will have to leave as is. As much as I would like to correct problem this myself, the P4s seem a little trickier to deal with. :(

I've just had another look but this screw does not appear to be on the P4 gimbal arm. It looks like that photo is from a P3 gimbal?

Yes that definitely is quite a large difference! There doesn't seem to be a great difference in prices now here in the UK. E-Infinity seems to be the cheapest place that looks trustworthy, but I am unsure whether it is worth the £156 saving over Amazon considering it won't be an EU sourced...
