I posted this a little while back, but I was still having issues with it taking up to much power and causing a compass error. I have perfected the design and was wondering if you guys would want to see a guide?

After accidentally breaking the base of the antenna i have decided to get a range extender. I have found two main companies that offer them. Which is better DBS mods or maxx uav. (i know maxx uav is on this site but i want objective opinions) Thanks

No i mean what is the difference between the products. I know the evo one has a booster, but what does it provide over the standard kit that he sells

the one that i am considering doing the mod to is the phantom 3 advance

one last thing what exactly is the diffrence between the evo lite kit and the regular dji range booster. There is not a lot to go off of on his site. sorry :/

Not sure how it happened but the base of the antenna broke. The wire to the antenna is still intact as seen in the picture below. Is this just an easy fix with glue or does it need to be repaired? The drone still connnects to the controller and i even tested flying it. Everything was responsive...

Yep I plan on going with the X5. Thanks for the heads up I'll buy a couple of an extra batteries. Also I have a phantom 3 for when I want to draw less attention to myself and flying more for fun, rather than for the purpose of photography and videography.
