i did six times the S1 switch and sometime it takes me more than just one try to get into compass calibration mode. once u do your "dance" with your P2, it should just hover very steadily. at least that's how mine does. it doesn't move around at all without stick input. btw, i do compass...

i don't think it's possible to do that. i just charged up my gopro battery before flight and that way, it will have minium impact on the phantom battery.

Re: FPV + iOSD for Phantom 2 I'm looking into this FPV solution as well. Anything above 200mW would be good enough for the phantom since the remote range is approx 1KM. With the clover leaf antenna, it should give u a good range.

I have the p2 with zenmuse, very good set up. I would go for the package deal.

Re: New to quadcopters and everything around it, some questi You will get much better range with the clover leaf attenna. The stick version has a very limited range because when flying, the two sticks would not always line up to get the best reception.
