Hi Jim! Just want to give you a heads up before buying a dji product. Listen to the people that say don't buy dji because of terrible customer service. I'm one of those victims who is very very sorry.

Thanks slipstrm ! I would have bought their hand held camera gimbal but I decided to go with an EVO because of all of this. Maybe they should grab everybody out of the design and engineering department to give the service department some guidance
