Hi Hunch, I recently bought a used p3a but the gimbal yaw arm and ribbon cable were broken. I purchased a repair kit and replaced the broken pieces and put it on the bird and no gimbal dance, no video, no signal. Is there anything I can do to make sure I did the install correctly? Thank you, Matt

Got a new SD card, updating firmware now. what i do realize is that i am not getting the dancing gimbal at start up.
