okey... i got more information from http://www.pnj-cam.com/img/cms/Guide_Drone.pdf as long as you are following the rules, you don't need a ULM license from DGAC ! :) i am almost about to sign up for the test!

another question though, say if I fly in the city...cannes, and only into the sea and take photos of the city and seashores, does this against the law? am i am not flying over the populated area or street, nor buildings....
