You know me, I have been the number 1 critic of 1.2.6 firmware and DJI's completely unprofessional, unacceptable customer service. It's literally a joke. If people on this forum have access to a file that wipes the firmware, DJI's customer service could have sent it out to negatively affected...
I understand you're a staff member, and I respect that. These are people that love the phantom product but are shockingly disappointed by the appalling lack of support from DJI. I fall into that category as the 1.2.6 firmware has grounded my P3 and DJI offers nothing to fix it. They still...
I had the exact same issue in 1.1.9. Good news is that 1.2.6 fixed that. Bad news is that it unleashed pandora's box with a slew of other problems. That problem is 100% firmware related.
In case people needed more reason not to upgrade to 1.2.6. Maybe better take it from the horse's mouth rather than dozens of pilots, many experienced, which have had to ground our quads after updating...
Too bad nothing on their list refers to the main issues at hand. Why are they stalling...
Maybe it's not just the 1% select few experiencing major issues with 1.2.6 at all...strange...
Phantom 3 1.2.6/1.2.8 Firmware Update Issues and Resolutions
At DJI we are dedicated to creating the world’s most advanced flying platforms and camera stabilization systems. This dedication extends...
I posted that email sent to me from DJI. It's just more crap from DJI Customer Service. It has absolutely nothing to do with the app, and they know it. (Yes, I've tried and confirmed). Just more smoke and mirrors.
NO! Statistically you will probably be fine. The same logic applies to playing Russian Roulette. The 1.2.6 problems are consistent across the board with those affected. The problem is substantial. 1.1.9 is rock solid for most people. Why risk it?
Just received this today from DJI.
Uhhhh maybe its the pilot app. Keep an eye out for firmware updates. Thanks again to the all stars at the customer service department. The fact that they wanted to rush this product off the line to crush 3DR's Solo launch is fine. But stand behind your...
Someone else mentioned that as well. You have a very valid point. Still, it's good to see that we are not alone. Not so much the 1% as been suggested here by at least one person who has drank the kool-aid. Now more disappointing news from people with stress cracking in the airframe. I'm...
How's that 99% calculation holding up Steve? More and more people. New names, same firmware problem. Same broken record response from you. Keep up the good work
Great video thanks for bringing that to our attention. I'm going to check mine as soon as I get home. Another let down by DJI customer service, unwilling to cover a design flaw in their manufacturing.
