It will make a difference when transmitting power is much stronger

I'm afraid mini amplifier will overheatwhen not being cooled by props. I do not think it is necessary to have an amp at the receiver with this mod.

I measured my sunhans 2w booster. Got quite similar values of all 32 channels Gl300b

Inn ce mode the output is 15mw. And with "Air side booster mod" it peaks at ca 100mwbooster measured

The blinking is just interferens from the rc antenna or to close to phantom. Just cover rc antenna with your hand and the video amp will stop blinking.

If both boosters has blue light its the blinking for video and steady for rc.

Was 14763ft out while I sat in the couch yesterday with full signal. My power meter showed strong increases. Also made ground tests which show great improvement of the signal. But if it's worth it is another question . range is good anyway

ok this all makes sense now I just got off the phone with Paul Shaffer He did My install ,I have the older version... he did do meter power testing to and confirmed 100% that the older version is on leg 4 and the newer version is on leg 2 Nice to get it confirmed. its nummbers on the antennas...

Its the new version. I will measure an old version when I get it in about 10 days. Will be interesting to see if it is equal to the new version
