I am having the same issues, nobody at DJI can help. They say that haven't heard of this issue and that nobody has ever returned a phantom with this issue. I really don't know what to do.

I have the same issues, cant see live feed. I even contacted DJI and they said they never heard of this problem. They made it seem like i am the only person that has this issue. Would love to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
A week ago i updated to the newest software. I am not sure if this had anything to do with it, but i have no live feed anymore. All i see is a black screen on my app. It still allows me to fly and even take photos (that I can view after I take them). But i am not able to see live feed at all...
I updated my phantom yesterday and all of a sudden when I use the app, I see a black screen. I can still use the phantom and even take photos (and see them after) , but the screen is black. Perhaps it has something to do with the software update, I am not sure. Does anyone else have this issue...
