Portability was a huge factor for me, I went with the mavic.. another factor was dji care... way cheaper than any other drone for some reason..

I purchased the mavic.. ultimately, I fly for fun.. beautiful pictures are just for personal pleasure.. I live in Colorado, I'm looking forward to bringing the mavic into the mountains :)

The p4p is within my budget but that's all I can get.. no extra batteries, no dji care(way more expensive than for the mavic) no lenses.. just a beautiful drone.. if I go with the mavic I can get everything I need and then some

I agree it's all about performance and bang for my buck... to get 3 batteries with P4P would put me way over budget.

I think I'm just paranoid because I can't imagine getting another drone for a long time.. i never thought I'd drop 15 on one to begin with.. I think the mavic will be good for me

I was just being paranoid because of what other people had said.. I called the municipal airport and flew Santa Monica.. flying a beach was every bit as fun as I imagine it would be..

I was told that it meant that I could fly there unless posted otherwise? I'm getting frustrated at how difficult this is to figure out..
