Well the funny thing is that a few weeks later my phantom started developing cracks so I sent it back for repair under warranty. When I got it back somehow my gimbal was having the same problems again and I could not get it back to work at all, so I called them and explained that they messed up...
I was able to capture the first snow of 2016 in Hampton Roads! I took it out while it was snowing but the drone was getting wet. Came back in the house flew it again when it stopped snowing. See video attached!
Huntington park seems to be a very nice area too fly and shoot. You got the James River, fishing peer, shipyards etc. I never flown there so I don't know what the rules are.

How reliable is this? I'm confused? This looks nothing like the No Fly Zone in the DJI site. According to this I can't fly my drone in my neighborhood but according to the DJI map it's ok for me to fly it and I live between Newport News Airport and Ft Eustis. I never go a warning from the drone...
