It took 2 weeks to check in at DJI then 6 weeks for them to tell me that they are replacing it. I think they can't keep up on warranty repairs. Had a friend take 11 weeks before they replaced there's good luck.
I had the same failure and contacted DJI and sent it in for warranty repair. One motor stopped in flight. They replaced my P3 and controller free of charge. But took 7 weeks.
Save your money I ordered the Carbon props fro DJI and did not see any difference. Shortly after I had a motor failure it was under warranty but still took DJI 7 weeks to replace my Phantom with a new one.
