If the runway has been demolished and its no longer classified as an airport you should be able to demonstrate this to DJI. In which case raise a call with them and they may take the no fly zone away after investigation.

Its pretty straight forward... If you drain your battery to say 30% and charge it back up to 100%, that counts as 70% of a charge not a full charge, then for example the next time you drain it to 30% you have completed one full charge and 40% of a second charge (70% + 70% = 140% = 1 full charge...
