I just bought a p4. One of the biggest reasons I bought directly from DJI was the "free same day shipping with free instruction and setup"
There was no stipulations or info on the web site. I figured I would be provided info after paymen. After I got no info I started a live chat with DJI. He said the web site states all restrictions, I.e. It was only for the beginner package ( I purchased the package with 2 extra batteries)
He then said he could not help me further and ended chat.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I'm reluctant to buy service package due to horrible customer service. Any other thoughts on this?
