Has anyone flown from the area around Santa Clara Point Recreation Center in Mission Bay? Seems like a cool little area to fly from, but not sure if those little beaches are private property.....

Hey all, Looking for great, hopefully legal, places to fly in LA. After searching for a thread about this, I've found a few suggestions like near the Rose Bowl and Exposition Park. For folks in LA: where do you usually fly?

I typically dislike speeding up video to achieve the timelapse effect, but I find it works better than the JPG only mode on the Phantom.

I also got the very cheap version off of eBay. I used it nearly daily for about 6 months before one of the straps' padding tore off, leaving only the exposed strap, which really hurts my shoulder. I'm probably in the minority that would use the bag that frequently, so for the cost, I'd say it...
