From what I understand, it is not "around" Class B but "in" Class B airspace. So if you are in the 5 mile arc but under the Class B shelf then you are allowed to fly with proper notification. Base on what I see in the sectional, surface class B is near the airport, probably within 2-3 miles or...
I recognized it was Stansbury Park before I saw the title of the video. Did you have to call the Tooele airport to let them know you were flying there?
I live just on the other side of those mountains.
For mine it covers the replacement cost of both drones, two extra Phantom batteries, one extra Autel battery and the ring with no deductible. I did have to provide the receipts and serial numbers for the drones and an appraisal for the ring. You can add as many items as you like up to the value...
My in-laws live in Washington City. We were down there a couple of weeks ago and flew in a park just off of Washington Parkway and Telegraph. We'll be down there in a couple of weeks and we will also be bringing my wife's Autel Xstar premium. I'm also looking for places to fly when I'm down...
This is my first video using the Litchi using a way point mission. It was near our summer mountain property in Utah. I say summer because as you can see by the snow cover it's only accessible in the winter by snow mobiles, snowcats or ATV/UTV's with trax.
We were located at the base next to...
Yes I missed 3. One on performance, one on marijuana (I guess if you are convicted of possession then they can take your privileges away) and the last one what document must present when asked by an FAA person. I chose remote pilots certificate and it also says that in the PTL reference they...
I took RemotePilot101 and read the study guide and missed 3 questions.
I will say though that out of the 63 questions I had, I only recognized 2 from Remotpilot101.
You can't rely on just one source.

Just got back from taking mine. Scored a 95. I missed three questions. I only had 2 questions that were from RemotPilot101. I missed the marijuana question, the one that asked what I need to produce to an FAA person if asked and one other which I can't remember.
I'm a happy camper now.

Piper Warrior.
I took my flight training in a Cessna 152 aerobat. Probably the funnest plane I've ever flown. After I passed my flight exam, by examiner wanted to show me what it was like being a crop duster. Scared the hell out of me, but it was a blast.
Here is my Phantom 4 next to my wife's Autel Xstar Premium. I had to buy her a drone to keep her hands off of mine. My daughter said she liked the orange one over the plain white one, but after the transformation, she changed her mind. I have to admit I like the controller on the Autel better...
I'll be taking my test on Friday. I'll post the results. I'm also going through RemotePilot101 and feel pretty confident. It's more like a review for me because I currently hold a private pilots license but haven't flown in over 10 years.
