There is 4 inches of concrete underneath it, What else should I put?

I got a little freaked when I read about Lipo batteries, I have 2 DJI batteries for my Phantom. I made this to store them in. Would this prevent a fire? Bottom is solid concrete flate, then normal block with Lipo in each side and then the top piece. Thanks
