Why three cameras?

This is my new setup with the P3A. Now with the padded dividers i can fit my camera along in the case with a lens attached.

You're right, i'm thinking of the roll motor shaft, i did disassemble and re-assemble the gimbal and it had acted the same way before and afterwards, i will check the Yaw motor shaft again and see if something is tweaked

I found someone else who had a similar action on their gimbal with the yaw axis shifted but i checked mine and it seems perfectly horizontal.
