I had this problem, I'm still on the last FW, it happened twice while I was coming in for a landing.
I went and calibrated the visual sensors via the assistant 2 program on my laptop and I have not seen the error again.
Good luck.
I use the Armor Tech on my mini 2. I have no problems seeing the screen even without the shade. It's not tempered glass but it does the job. Good luck.
I had the purple and pink lines on my note 4. I bought a nvida k1 and the lines came up on that too, so I returned. I used my kids mini 2 and no problems what so ever. My problems were on the androids. Which makes no sense. I have spoken to several members here thst have the K1 and they all say...
I don't think you will find a deal like that walking into a store. I picked up mine at Drone Nerds in Aventura, which is in Miami. Google them and you can get the address. They are an official DJI retailer. They strictly sell DJI drones and accessories.
I don't understand how no one is having problems with the K1. I had it for a week and could not get rid of the pink green lines going across the screen. I tried everything. It was just for my craft, no other apps except the GO app. I had the wifi off and air plane mode on. It glitched...
Really? My ipad mini 2 worked fine on the follow me and it's not celluar. I have to test the home point but I'm almost sure I didn't have a problem. I usually don't take off unless the home point is set. I'm going to double check that. But I know for sure the follow me worked fine with no celluar.
Not good in the sunlight. Can't see a **** thing. U will need a shade and maybe anti glare protector. I could not see it in the sun at all. I'm in Florida so maybe the sun is brighter here, lol. Beside that it looked really good when it worked right and in the shade.
Ok. That's understandable. Maybe the issue is with the Android app. If that's the case then returning the K1 was an over reaction. I figured since my Androids were acting up the P4 was meant for Apple products. I went to the place where I bought it, Drone Nerds and they said the P4 was meant for...
I agree it was interference but not sure what could it have been since it didn't happen in the mini 2. I did the test back to back, same area, flight patch. All within a 5 min time frame. With the K1 I got weak sigal at 1100 feet. With the mini 2 it was at 2000k feet no issues at all.
I have the same issue with my note 4. I ordered a K1 shield and the problem was still there. I decided to try my kids mini 2 and no issues with that.
I don't understand what is going on. I just spoke with someone who has the K1 on this forum and he doesn't have this problem. I am at a lost
I was asking about the K1. I didn't have any luck getting rid of the lines. I am wondering if there was something I over looked or didn't do right. It was brand new with no downloaded apps.
