I expect that this problem has been solved and if I have overlooked that message then my apologies. I had the same problem which was solved by changing my user name slightly and removing a + sign which formed part of it. Apparently any non standard characters can prompt the fail on the activation!

Hi, Pierrot78 Apologies if you already have this info but I had the same problem and the same frustration however I went to DJI and downloaded the 1.8 update and installed on the ac and rc and all is working again. Good luck.

Hi, Did you have any issues. I have updated mine and got the "Signal Lost" message. Multi rc reconnections attempted as well as delete and reinstall of the app, without success?
