It sounds as if most squeak. Not sure if mine does. Like others have said; deal with it, ignore it, fly it. Not sure the hassle of multiple returns is worth trying to eliminate a transient noise that appears to have no effect on performance. Could be just tight initial tolerances.
Do u find that your props are out of balance? I was under the impression that the -p4 props are made to a high tolerance and are well balanced from the factory.
