My P2 has been idle for a couple years. Now that I have working batteries again, please help me remember all the updates I need. Does the vision assistant version 3.8 include the main centrall board firmware and main controller firmware? Any certain order or update procedure?

So I have a P2 V+ with 4 dead batteries. Do I spend (waste?) money on buying new batteries or should I just get a Spark? I would be using it mainly for doing home roof inspections so having the VPS would be beneficial.

I have 4 dead ones, looking for 3 working batts.

It has been well over a year since I use my phantom and now that I've taken it out of storage, batteries all seem to be dead and won't charge. Is there anyway to jumpstart them or are they just trashed? If trashed, do offbrand batteries work or do I need to stick with DJI brand?

Here is what they did: "ESC's, reciever, motors checked and rechecked. They were also switched out to test. Suspicion is probably needs a new main board but board tested well from what I understand."

I don't have it in my posession at the moment but as I understand, it gets GPS lock but flashes red when trying to start the motors.

After 3 weeks with my Phantom, my motors will not start. I've sent it so Aces Deals for service and they say they cannot fix it. They have tried a new compass, new gps, new batteries, checked all updates, recalibrated, etc. The only thing they have not yet tried is replacing the main board...

I've got a differing opinion. Had my P2 for three weeks and lost GPS. The concensus on the forum was to open it and check the plug to see if it came out. When that was not the case, I called them and was told that since I opened it up, my warranty was void and there service leadtime was 2-3...

I've got a MC with no sat lock all boxed up to go to Aces Deals to get serviced, probably a new GSP board. Maybe this is all I need? Anyway, I'll take one for future use. What's your PayPal?
