yep i brought refurb p3s from ebay only issue ive had is sd card stopped locking in, and since i live in new zealand i have to send back to usa to be fixed under warrenty which makes it uneconomical to fix. so if buying refurb remember that warrenty repairs can only be fixed from store of purchase.

real easy to change back to default settings, dont see why it would void warrenty as it wouldnt leave a trace uninstalled.

i see sweden is ce i think, i fairly new to thr magic power mod but i believe it will dramatically increase you range being in ce area

are you in fcc area or ce area? i have a standard and best distance to date is 2050m with a windsurfer and magic mod.

definatly need a windsurfer and magic power mod helps aswell

uses wifi not data, will only need data to download the initial app

Ive done a few 6000m+ waypoint missions with my p3s trouble free but yesterday litchi initiated rth during a mission at around the time i lost video link, any ideas on why this would suddenly happen? cheers

i downloaded a wifi analyser app and my RC wifi strength was measured at -32dBm. would a magic power mod be any advantage to me?

thanks turns out "DJI" warrenty is only valid from the place of purchase. So not really "DJI" more like Store warrenty

i made a very crude reflector from half a baked bean tin and some tin foil, got an extra almost 600m out to 1060m and possibly potential for more as I had just flew over some trees when I lost contact, for pretty happy with that and that was at only 40m altitude. I'm from the area aswell...

im down in southland. so 1km with a reflector on a standard? wonder if the app doesn't let us use fcc mode
