I updated to 1.3.20 and to the DJI GO app (version 2.0.0) this morning and did 2 test flights. No problems recalibrating the compass, but I did forget to recalibrate the IMU.
Also flew in ATTI for the first time. Drifted at least twice as fast as I expected it to.
Was downloading iOS 9 today to them download the app for beta testing, and just realized the 1.2.6 requirement. No beta for me now!

Aha. Will definitely try this my next go-around.
I also believe my location is working against me. Although that photo looks like there is a lot of light, it's because it's literally an entire city. At street level, Jinja is pretty dark.
The capital (Kampala) installed large, solar powered...
I think this was a 1" exposure at 1600ISO. Even after heavy post, I'm still pretty unhappy with the quality.
How are you guys getting crisp, sharp night images? Anything over 1" for me has been too blurry to do anything with.

First video I've made with the P3P. Shot for a local missionary here in Uganda. Shot 100% with the Phantom, handheld shots and all. It was a fun challenge.
It isn't my best work, but it was a last minute thing. Spent 1.5 hours filming and about 2.5 hours in post.
I think a better way of getting this message across to entry-level folks is letting them know that aerial photos and videos are valuable and people will pay more than $50/hour for them. If someone knows they can charge $100/hour, and still only charge $50, you won't convince them of anything...
Not any I'm willing to post :) been doing lots of flying and filming, just haven't come up with a storyline for a video yet. I have been doing aerial photography jobs to help pay for the Phantom - anything helps!
