The problem is the projection of the map in qgis. Change the projection to sweref 99 TM in the map and then add the tif. You could also first add a layer (shapefile) with the projection you want to a blank map and then add the tif.
My advice is to use Tag Pilot. Remember to download the terrain token from MapsMadeEasy.com before you head out.
You could tag the trees you spot when flying and export them as an KML.
Good spotting!
I am not sure if you if you mean p3s when you say a regular p3, but a p3s have a limited range and that makes it unsuitable for mapping.
Why not get a regular remote control for your p4p? It is expensive to have to different drones (batteries, chargers and backpacks). Map pilot is working with...
I have tested peau productions replacement lens and was disappointed. Hard to get good focus and the outcome differs with different sunlight. I think sequoia is better options.
Here is a interesting input:

Här är en rätt bra artikel om hur läget är - det tråkiga är att det först år 2018 kan komma en ny lag. För övrigt så hörde jag att någon skulle anmäla sig själv hos polisen för att de flugit olagligt. Någon som vet mer hur det gick med det?
Vem får fota med drönare? Det betyder den kritiserade...
They use to have a free trial for several days, try that and if you like it they have a subscription you could pay.
Have you tried MapsMadeEasy? They have an excellent app (Map Pilot) and good cloudprocessing of the result.

A couple days ago the Phantom 3A went in my direction during take off. A gust of wind and some vegetation was all it needed. I jumped backwards, but not fast enough. The blade hit the receiver and cut off the antenna - look at the picture.
It still flies and I get a descent range off flying (at...
If you only use the internal gps of the drone you get 3-5 metres accuracy. If you want better you should use ground control points. The resolution is 2-5 cm and depends on the altitude. There is an app in appstore "Map Pilot" where you could plan and fly your photogrammetric missions. Worth...
I have tested pix4d and you get a real nice pointcloud and you could do volymetric measurements in the program. You could test it for free for 15 days, but you will need a good autopilot app that takes the pictures in the right spots.
Maps made easy have that app and they give you a dsm as an...
I am a betatester of the app from mapsmadeeasy and it is working very good to capture pictures over a specific area. I hope that it will be a public release soon. This will be an awful app! The ortos you could get from them are good and could be an alternative to invest in expensive software...
