I use an app called UAV Forecast. It gives you all kinds of info based on your current location. I like it because it will tell me what the wind speed and direction is at different elevations. I usually set mine to 400 feet so that I know what I'm dealing with up there.

I'm going over the 4th of July Holiday and I'm bringing my P4. I've been all over their city website and list of ordinances and there's nothing about drones or UAVs in either their existing nor proposed ordinances. If anyone finds something, please share a link.

Does anyone think these issues won't be fixed with a firmware upgrade? I don't think this forum was originally conceived with the idea of constantly complaining. Do you take your car back when you don't get your gas mileage on the tag? It just came out, there are going to be some bugs, relax.

Put your phantom in the refrigerator and then do your IMU calibration while it's still cold. No joke, I know it sounds weird, but it works. The IMU waits until it gets to the same temperature it was at when calibrated. If you did it while warm it can take quite a while. Mine literally takes...

I sold my P3P with all of its accessories and bought my P4 with the same accessories and now I'm only out an extra $700, feels fair to me.

I have and it works fantastically. Just make sure that you watch some of their tutorials to learn the proper techniques to use for your specific purpose.

To each his own, but this completely justifies people's "irrational fears" of drones. Whether we like it or not.
