Where can I go to see what firmware version is already on the phantom? Could it be possible that since mine just came that it already has the latest hence failing the upgrade?

Thanks. I did see that thread. When I get home I'll check out the hidden log file. Hopefully it's not a hardware issue like the other person that posted that log file.
