Links for new Canadian rules effective June 1st 2019

You are missing the point of my statement. Where is the comprehensive knowledge base source?

Links for new Canadian rules effective June 1st 2019

As someone already mentioned, there are fewer rules and regs required when operating an ultralight aircraft. My issue at present is that Transport in not giving sources for the specific knowledge requirements, only sources for general knowledge as required for general and commercial aviation...

Has anyone here NOT crashed a drone?

Over 550 flights (1.6 million meters) with the P4 and P4P and never had a crash. A few heart stopping moments, yes, but never a crash. Experience and knowledge with the controls, buttons, switches and display data on the RC unit is a must. Watching and knowing where the AC unit is and...

    Pull Back, Shelburne Nova Scotia

A pull back I shot at Shelburne, Nova Scotia in September. Until I went to university, Shelburne was my home and the Harbour was my playground.

    Shag Harbour UFO Incident

Most of the video was shot last month at Shag Harbour Nova Scotia, Barrington and Government Point (Sandy Point) with my P4, P4P and Osmo Mobile. The above the cloud shots were shot in Shelburne and Sandy Point, Nova Scotia. Edited with FCPX.

    Abusive, Intimidating

As of tomorrow, it will have 3 weeks since I reported this incident to the police and Transport Canada and I have had not been contacted by either. The Minister of Transport has been very efficient in disseminating his negative feelings about drones to the public, yet, seems to care less less...

    Abusive, Intimidating

The law defines 500 meters as the max distance for VLOS, although actual visual tracking of the drone depends on the lighting/weather conditions. On this particular flight the AC was at most, 360 meters from Home, and contrasted well against the sky conditions, so I could see it. The AC was...

    Abusive, Intimidating

Thanks FLYBOYJ. I hope some justice comes from this incident, but again, a lesson learned either way. I am flying with the Transport Exemption Certification, which by the way was in my car during the incident, along with my cell phone. I am getting a lot of support from the forum which is...

    Abusive, Intimidating

In Canada a person can get up to 5 years for impersonation, although the thing is, someone has to enforce the law. I have no evidence that this happening in this case.

    Abusive, Intimidating

I was very polite, although I did not offer coffee or tea. Didn't seem to make any difference to these two, I was a target and they were on the attack. I did warn them that they were interfering with the operation, and asked for space (many times), to which the women told me to FO and parroted...
