I discovered this crack on my phantom yesterday and was wondering if it would be safe to fly a couple more flights with it as I am going on vacation. Could somebody please help with this question.

Does this channel help out if your flying with a friend? I noticed when a friend and I are flying sometimes it will read poor radio channel quality and if he or I shut down it turns to good. Thanks for your help. Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots mobile app

Yes this happened to me.. I stopped the firmware update before it was finished. So I took it outside and covered it with a towel ( I believe it started the repair process) after about 10 minutes it stopped the loud beeping and then started the regular firmware beep. I have read that you need to...
