I currently work in a 501 3c and you can actually do a lot of advocacy work without declaring being a lobbyist. Once you start to ask for legislation, you cross a line. Influencing policy, below the legislative level, you are okay. An organization like this has to have rank and file volunteers...

I put electrical tape on the ends and had them in the mixture for five minutes. Not perfect, but proof of concept.

Very nice. I used sapphire with a couple caps full of black. It will give you a deep blue if you are ever after that look. I like the sapphire!
