Lol, excellent post! But the week prior he did have a GoPro rep bring him out a Karma, that he couldn't really fly a bunch, and then the rep took it home.... I believe that is what he was talking about.
You mean technical merit from someone who will probably use their equipment in more places, more times than (again) 90% of people who own the same equipment?? Yeah, I'd say he relates more to the layman than anyone on this forum. A target market that DJI is specifically reaching out to with the...
It would've taken the idiots who forced the governments hand on taking control, not to have done that.
Flying near airports, flying over house fires, flying over wildland fires.
Right, the exact reason he probably will never share the reasoning if he does figure it out from DJI. He is not a drone information channel or even a product reviewer. He is an entertainer.
you mean, interesting videos that people will watch and talk about, drawing more people to watch and talk about his videos? videos that pay for all of his equipment? videos that make companies like GoPro and DJI want to send him stuff yet he never does paid adverts for products because he would...
At an average of 2mil views per day of their products being prominently featured, I'm sure they did as well.
Any press is good press... 2million presses, even better.
My point was not that DJI would wait to fill orders for box box stores. When a company releases a product, they give very strict dates and times for when their product can be put on shelves. It would be bad practice if DJI allowed vendors to start shipping and selling the same day as they do...
This was my assumption as well, when I ordered on the 2nd, Amazon told me they wouldn't ship till the end of the month so I ordered with DJI. Now people are saying theirs say shipping on release day.
Hopefully DJI steps up and gets its store bought products shipped and delivered first.
Yep, I chatted DJI this morning with the frustration that many 3rd party vendors have shipping and arrival info posted, yet DJI's website has nothing. He told me that their contact centers don't have any information to give either. Would suck if Prime orders from this week get your drone there...
It's actually not that hard but I'm not going to do the work for you. Search YouTube by date and you'll find the first few videos shot at the hands on (which 90% of the time the DJI rep sets everything up and you just fly it around on camera) look good, then the review videos and first flights...
It's easier to just throw out broad statements in order to make your point. Lol.
This is exactly what I was asking, had it not been made an issue by Casey (A video that drew the attention of EVERYONE in the drone community), I might not have bought mine thinking the sharpness was that bad.
