Does anybody know where to buy a replacement camera/gimbal for the P3A? I know this drone is older now and not as well supported as it used to be but I'm surprised at how few options I can find. There are two options on Amazon and both had reviews suggesting that they were sent used items...
The pattern of deviations in this log is fairly typical.

It looks like most of the time it's in the 70's and 80's and it maxes out at 104mv. Do you know how low a cell would have to get to cause the P3A to drop or auto land?
I picked up a Powerextra brand battery for my P3A on an Amazon lightning deal for $60. I know a lot of people swear against all off-brand batteries but this one had really good reviews (>4 stars) and figured at half the price of a DJI battery it was worth a shot.
I haven't had any problems with...
Interesting that even with the vertical speed factored out the horizontal speed still stays above zero until you release he throttle. Less dramatic looking than before but still coasting a bit.
Does the calculated velocity take vertical speed into account too or is it just lateral movement? If vertical speed is included then it could have stopped moving laterally but still show non-zero velocity due to the vertical speed.
The interaction between throttle and elevator inputs (dropping forward speed and altitude at the same time) makes sense, and seems like a solid potential explanation. I may test that theory out sometime when I don't have anything around for it to hit if it doesn't stop quickly enough.
Now I...
You guys are correct that I was imprecise with my original description - when I said coming back full throttle I really meant that it in a "full speed" or "pedal to the medal" sense - forgetting that throttle has a more specific meaning in this context. I should have said I was coming back full...
After that point I just zipped back to me to finish my flight. Definitely no stopping or backing up, just full speed towards myself until the events described in my original post. The brake setting is at default, I have never modified it.
Yes, the altitude reading is a bit misleading - it's a reservoir with a low water level right now, I probably had another twenty feet or so before it would have hit the water. I was up on a bank that was probably 30 feet or so above water level when I took off.
I started with a full battery but briefly landed and took off again a few times during the flight including at around 38% (maybe it starts a new log at each takeoff rather than each time it turns on?) That last flight was just a short trip to get a couple of stills and then zip back. Got it...
