What are you trying to achieve in the end? If you've manage to get the AC back to anything other than 1.10, I'd be happy with that. At least you can fly again

I can confirm that I have successfully downgraded my 1.10.90 firmware to the previous 1.9.60 version. I used the P3X_FW_DEBUG method. Downgrading firmware on P3P from 1.10.9 to 1.7.6 The ESC error is now gone, and the drone can fly again! I would advise only rolling back one version though...

I can confirm that the P3X_FW_DEBUG method worked for me. I successfully rolled back 1.10.90 to 1.9.60. My drone is now able to fly again! Thank you to everyone who worked on this fix. No thanks to DJI, who haven't even tried.

It looks like the firmware is stored elsewhere on the main motherboard. Most likely a bootloader is needed to access it.

There are now many people experiencing ESC Status Errors after installing this firmware. I would advise against installing it until these issues are addressed. The last thing you need is a bricked drone!

Yeah I have tried this after v1.10 bricked my drone. No success as yet. I also suspect that a special firmware version may be required.

I've also done updates regularly since day one without issues.... until now. There is some information floating around about clearing the internal logs SD card (located under the main board), and then reflashing with an older firmware. I haven't had any success with this as yet though.

I have this exact same issue! My P3P has been fine up until I did the upgrade to V1.10.0090 today. Everything passed according to the logs, so I also did an IMU and gimbal calibration (as I normally do after a firmware upgrade). The controller has been updated to the latest version (1.8.0)...
