Very nice, the first one I wanted to be sped up to feel more dramatic... But then I realized It was like looking at a living photograph. If you don't mind, what settings did you use? I would think a 4k/15 sped up to 30 and resized to 17:9 could look spectacular there!

"Reasonable expectation of privacy" is not an exact value... It depends on the factors at the time. It also depends on previous or similar court cases, decisions, and judicial opinions. A backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence around it... Well that would offer some degree of privacy from people...
