Thanks - I saw that one and tried it, but still no success. BTW, I'm in Ireland so it is universal, not just for US chaps.
I have a workaround in thatI can use Litchi, but I prefer Go. Ah well...
Hi -haven't been on here in a while. I used to be a pretty good helper a few years ago so now it's my time to seek help.
I haven't flown my P3A for about a year. A friend wanted some aerial shots for a house build application so off I went with the charged battery.
A few times before I had...
After all these years, it still beats me why anyone would want to use carbon props on a DJI quad. They are known to be useless compared to the standard props which are pretty good, actually.
I had the same issue - but unplugging and replugging in the cables on the gimbal cured it. Perhaps you unplugging the gimbal to do the heat seal fix did the same thing?
Try unclipping the cables that attach to the gimbal. There are two. Remove and reinstall. Helped me - I had a random 7 second delay that made video capture almost impossible,
I suffered delay with a P3A and after much research discovered that a simple unplugging and replugging of the multi plugs attaching the gimbal to the phantom cured it. Two minute job from start to finish. My delay was more like 7 seconds.
The white rubber things just feed back into the holes. Tricky but manageble. You seem to have got lucky; just replug the wire back into where it came loose from then reattach the white rubbers. Then test.
4K is notoriously hard on computing power. Have you tried 1080p to see if it is any better? You might not wish to always use 1080p, but it would let you see that the programme is ok and that it is the mac that is laggy.
