I agree its bad if the drone smacks another craft but other than scare the heck out of the people in the helicopter could a drone the size and weight of a large bird cause enough damage to endanger that heavy craft? Data from such research would be useful when the FAA finally regulates drones...

I like the idea of an app that invites you to fly your drone or inicates the owner of the property status on drone photography. It would eliminate guess work or asking a round about can I fly a drone and take aome aerial pictures.

Maybe try updating your phones software.

I use a note 4 and just open the app and it works. I don't useally kill all apps or go to airplane mode iether but probably a good idea. When the app first came out it did not work on the Note 4 but it's fine now for me.
